Friends in Ministry,
Copperfield Church is hosting our networking lunch this Thursday, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are catering pasta, so please let me know to order a plate for you. You could even bring a volunteer or two if you want. So far, we have 17 local Children's Pastors already coming (sorry if you already confirmed you will be there), so we should have a really fine turnout this month. My cell is 713-305-3443. The church address is 8350 Hwy 6 North, Houston, TX 77095

Hi Houston Group! Anyone want to talk about KidMin here? I would love to know your thoughts on creating a pre-teen ministry just for 5-6th Graders, so we don't lose those kids when they go up to Student Ministry. Ideas?

Hey Houston . . .

There is a new film called The Lost Medallion and the producers are hosting a special, free, invitation-only, advance-showing of the full-length film The Lost Medallion, for children's pastors, staff pastors and leaders in Houston.

To reserve your seats, you'll need to click on the important RSVP link (see below). The confirmation you'll receive via email will guarantee your seats. Seating is limited. I have also included The Lost Medallion website as well so that you can view the trailer in advance and watch a special message about the film from Alex Kendrick.

Click this link to find a theater in your community and to RSVP. http://thelostmedallion.themoviescreener.com/

Does anyone have any info on a "local" Pre-Teen conference I can take the kids to? We are going this weekend to Hot Hearts with Toby Mac! I had also planned on going to SuperStart in Dallas but with the drive, we wouldn't make it in time for the first night's session. I would love to hook up with some of you leaders in Houston. Thanks. www.praisebeaumont.com

I did not see a forum for people in and around H-Town so I thought that I would start one up.
