Is this group still active?

Hi Everyone,

It seems like our group has fallen apart.  I would like to get us all back together again.  I have two options 1.  Lets start off by having breakfast on a Saturday Morning -    Option 2 I work park time at Bounce U in Apex and the owner would love to host a meeting there and of course give all the churches information on what he has to offer but for us it would be free use of a room and possibly free bounce time for your children you may have to bring.

Lets try to raise up our network again.   Iron Sharpens Iron.     If Saturday does not work,  I do know of a couple of places we could meet in early afternoon / evening just so we can get our feet back into meeting and learning and encouraging one another.

Feel free to call me on my cell 919-219-5738 or email me at

Hope we can all connect sooooon

Hey all, I'm wondering how your Wednesday attendance is in children's ministries.  Mine has been steadily declining for several years now, and I'm trying to figure out if it is just my church or a broader social shift.  All my other areas are way up so I'm trying to figure out if it is my Wednesday evening programs or the culture that is contributing to the decline in attendance.  If your Wednesday evening is successful, what ministry/program(s) do you do on Wednesday evenings?

Hi Everyone,

As of December 23rd I transitioned from being the Children's Pastor at New Life Church to doing traveling ministry.  Please see below and if I can help out in any way, please let me know.

Hi Everyone,   My schedule is open for Kids Camps, Revivals, and Special Events.  See my website

Pastor Richard has an immeasurable love for children of all ages and a passion to impact them for Christ! He brings a wealth of experience, from his 21 years of teaching in the classroom, writing curriculum, fundraising, camps, organizing resources, scheduling/training workers. Pastor Richard has been Licensed and Ordained through Rhema Bible Ministerial Association International (RMAI) since 1998.

Most recently, Pastor Richard served eight years on staff, as the Children’s Pastor, at New Life Church in Cary, NC. He was over the Children’s department birth-sixth grade and did numerous large events including: Fall Fest, Zany Wednesday’s Summer Event, Easter Programs/Egg Hunts, Christmas Programs, Church Conferences, Life Extreme Community Outreach, Back to School Blow-out (supplying school supplies for the church and community outreach).

Pastor Richard has been traveling and ministering at camps, outreaches, encouraging children’s Pastors and their staffs for the last 4 years.  He has helped several churches build/restructure their children’s ministry programs.

Pastor Richard’s  wife, Rebecca Kennedy serves as Music Minister at New Life Church.  While ministering together they are able to compliment one another using their gifts.

Hey Folks,

Just wanted to remind everyone about our Triangle Kids Camp!  If you are still looking for a place to take your 2nd-6th graders this summer we are looking forward to year #3!  All the information concerning the camp is on the website:  If you have any specific questions please feel free to shoot me an email:  This camp has been a huge blessing to our Summit families.  We have seen kids trust Jesus and grow in their walk with Him.  It is a short 45 minute drive for us and the parents love the price!

We would love to see you and your church this year!

I have no idea.  I think that the group met in December but I was unable to go.  I've been out of the country for the last two weeks, and was wondering if any plans were in the works.  We have had some transitions in leadership over the last 6 months, which has resulted in a lack of communication and coordination.  I'm sad because it's a great, faithful and encouraging group of folks to be affiliated with, and our meetings have been very helpful.  WE previously had our own google group communication which seemed to be much easier than the current set up, at least to low tech me!

Are there still monthly meetings?

Hello TCMN friends,

I resigned my position at Highland Baptist Church yesterday to pursue other opportunities in ministry.  I had a great 5 years at Highland and would highly recommend their Children's Ministry team to anyone looking for a place to serve.

For now, please connect with me at or 919-612-5091.
